Comfort Suites El Paso West

The staff is amazing! The women at the front desk were thoughtful and helpful. The cleaning crew did a great job and were very friendly. But the hotel is under renovations. The carpets are filthy. Our bedrooms flooring was so dirty you did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. The shower had NO pressure! The sink was a VERY slow drain. But the towel service was wonderful. The amenities, if any, were sparse. The breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. The coffee was horrible. There was no concession for the inconvenience either.

I've lived here for months for work. This is a very nice, clean hotel with all the amenities for comfort and relaxation. The staff however, is just awesome making you feel right at home. Alicia and her staff makes customers feel like family. I came here to stay foe pleasure now. The breakfast, especially the waffles are delicious!

Traveled to El Paso for a family event. Hotel was quite close to the venue. Everyone on the staff was friendly and completed their jobs efficiently. The hotel was quiet and we could not hear city noises while inside. The facility has a guest laundry which was secure and clean. The housekeeping staff did a nice job and the same could be said for the breakfast room staff. Thanks to everyone for making this stay so pleasant. It was appreciated.

Great places to stay. Affordable. The parking lot is accessible, once you figure it out. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is warm and good. The hotels located in a good area with stores, and freeway near by. The rooms are clean.

For the last four visits, I have had problems with my room keys working. Staff started with “make sure they are not in the pocket with your phone”, then “well, we must have had a defective key”, then “we need to change the battery in the lock”. Nothing has worked. I stay in hotels all of the time. I never have this issue at other hotels. I will not be coming back. BTW, I’m a Choice Member, for now. I have been a loyal customer for the last three years, but I’m done.
