Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

First time here to this comfort suites. .it doesnt look like much from the outside but all the comfort suites are really clean and super spacious and comfortable. Service was great as soon as we walked in the lady with the short hair and braces was super helpful with our stay and service is amazing. Parking is adequate. .if its busier you may have to park on the side of the street. Gym is small but really good really surprised. Breakfast was good as well only issue was that the hot water takes a while to come on in the shower/bath tub take about 5-10 mins for it to get hot. But rooms are super clean. Comfort suites has been my go to hotels when ever I travel unless I need a kitchen for longer stay. They're also pet friendly which is a plus. Definitely recommend. Right across the street

I very seldom write reviews but felt compelled. I can’t believe this hotel was rated over 8. I shudder to think what less than 8 looks like. I have stayed at a lot of quaint places; this was not that. Maybe we got a particularly bad room since we were right by elevators and ice machine. Carpet was visibly stained red, countertop in bathroom was loose, whole bathroom vanity wobbled, faucet handle falls off when touched, toilet paper holder is bent down at angle that causes roll to fall off, shower looks rough and constantly drips, walls are paper thin so I hear neighbor’s TV all night, and every time someone walks around or closes a door I feel the bed shake. Last minute accommodations were needed, & I'm glad Comfort Suites was available. The room was comfortable & clean. Great breakfast! Wide variety of options. Nice gym. The only drawback was water pressure & heat was not equal to the price point of the room.

I loved everything from check in to check out. The lady at the front desk was so nice. She had short black hair. I believe she worked night shift. I checked in around 4 on Thursday. I can’t remember her name but she was very nice. My room was very clean and the check out process was quick. I loved the breakfast as well.

We always try to stay at Comfort's. This is one of our favorites... Everything is always very good here... its clean,people are nice.. breakfast could use a little better options but other than that it's great. I think this is our 4th time staying at this one. |We stayed at another comfort on one of our other trips to El Paso and it was absolutely horrible.
