Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

Where should I start. Maybe with the room. I couldn't get any Direct TV channels and could not get any local channels to watch news or weather. I tried to phone the front desk to report the problem, but the phone didn't work. It was late so I waited to the next day to report the problems. In the morning (Saturday) I couldn't see to shave because the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. I reported all three problems to the front desk. They wrote the issues in a log of sorts. Additionally, the back door was broke and there were people standing around in the back which worried me. The inside door to the rooms would not close so there was no security at all. When I returned to my room none of these problems were fixed (five problems now). On Sunday, I reported all of these to the front desk and

Most of the time I travel for work and stay at higher end hotels bc I am not paying. But, this trip was for a family visit over several days and I did not want to spend $1,200 on a hotel. ||The property is not brand new, but it is well maintained. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC in the room was cold. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and attentive.||I will stay here again the next time I return to Warner Robins.

Overall a good quiet place to lay your head. Breakfast from 6-10am every morning. Must have a card on hand for incidentals to rent. Cash payment requires a $150 cash refundable deposit which comes back to you at checkout. 4pm check in with 11am checkout. Laundry on-site as well as a pool to enjoy during hot summers and spring.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just as a guest, but as a person. There’s something special about a place where you can feel the care and pride the staff put into their work, and that feeling was present from start to finish during my stay. The staff truly deserve the highest praise. Every single interaction was warm, professional, and sincere. Whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or any staff member I crossed paths with, everyone treated me with kindness, patience. So again thank you very much comfort inn , I will most certainly be staying with yall from now on ❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel for several days Miss Heather at the front desk in the evening is absolutely wonderful. She’s great with the kids friendly ,very informative and professional. She knew the stores we needed to get to great places to eat and was familiar with the area. she directed us where to park and exactly where our room was She was a big help to us threw out our stay and we will definitely be staying on our way back.
