Comfort Inn University

This is the only place I stay at when in town. They really know how to make you feel at home. So much so, that it’s like going home at the end of the day when you’re actually on vacation! The welcoming attitude, friendliness, and professionalism of Sandi,Natalie, and Trinity at the front desk and Mr. Edwards and Rick on breakfast and maintenance is beyond comparison! The cleaning staff is very courteous,efficient,and professional as well! I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay in Wilmington here! A+++++++

I enjoyed the friendly front desk clerk upon my arrival. She was thorough with the usual information: breakfast hours, wifi, etc. She even directed me to the nearest working ice machine and apologized for the inconvenience. When I got to my room, it was very clean- thermostat adjusted to the current weather temperature and the bathroom was clean as well. However, there was a persistent issue for my stay. While I was pleased with my stay all the way to check out, there is a suggestion I would like to make. Guests in general are not aware of what they do in the moment. When the open their door and let it close, it slams shut to ensure the lock is in place, I'm sure. This happened all up until 11pm. My travel was for business and having to wake up early morning. Love the location, front desk always patient and willing to got the extra mile. And the added bonus is having a really cool bar next door with live music once in a while to enjoy the night and no you don’t hear the music when you enter your rooms. Been staying here weekly for over a year and never heard a peep in my room. Enjoy the stay and the environment.

My recent stay at Comfort Inn University was the best and most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in my whole 58 years of life. It was very very clean and the aroma was very pleasant. The entire staff made you feel welcome and wanted to do anything to make your stay very comfortable. But there was this one lady at the front desk that wanted to take that extra step. She would even willing to listen to your troubles, worries, and even willing to lend a shoulder for you to cry on. Her name was Sandy and her personality was turn your upside down day into a great day. She was awesome !! I was very Happy and very satisfied with my stay at comfort inn University! They were very prompt if we were ever in need of anything! The whole staff was beyond amazing but I want to recognize one specific front desk attendant. Her name is Sandi. She has the best personality and has outstanding customer service skills! Upon checking in I let them know that I had children and that they could get a little rowdy before bedtime and they were happy to accommodate us by putting us on a floor without a lot of guests towards the end. The whole place was always clean, nicely decorated for the season and maintained a fresh aroma throughout the hotel.
