Comfort Inn & Suites West Des Moines

The entire building smells horrible as soon as you walk in. The beds were clean but everything else had trash in random places. For example the ice bucket was packed of trash. I needed ice for an injury I asked them where the ice was they said at the end of the hall on each floor I am in floor two and there is no ice. I also came back to edit that the toilet does not flush my friends hotel room was all busted up the shower handle was busted off her refrigerator did not work and her room was dirty too!! You guys for sure need to do better. I absolutely will NOT be staying here again.

We traveled from South Alabama to Iowa not knowing we would get stranded with a foot of snow. The Hotel Manager Brian and Susan helped to ensure our stay was like home away from home. From the breakfast bar, to the incredible cleanliness and the entire staff made our stay wonderful from top to bottom!

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels. Everyone from the housekeeping to the management is so friendly. Enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the company with Susan who does the breakfast. The breakfast food is the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast area was immaculate. Very clean and well organized. Also I liked the big shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall in the shower instead of the small individual bottles. Overall this hotel seemed very well managed.

I really enjoyed my stay, super quiet not a lot of room or road noise.|The manager Brian was really nice, and the breakfast spread was amazing, Susan in the kitchen does an amazing job. |It's the only hotel in west Des Moines I've felt refreshed and ready to start the day.
