Comfort Inn & Suites Staunton

Had to stay for work due to the snow storm. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and welcomed after working overnight. Thank you for taking care of us during the craziness of this storm.

The hotel was a typical off the interstate hotel. It’s decent, had a hot breakfast, and the room was nice. Though I booked a room with a queen size bed, we got a double bed instead. Since we were not in the room much, I didn’t complain.

Overall great place for the price, some cleaning/ turnover could be improved. Pet friendly rooms bed had small paw prints on the comforter, so obviously only gets replaced if looks dirty to staff. We stripped bed and brought our own stuff in since we were traveling and had them. Honestly happens at a lot of places, but doesn’t give you the cleanest vibe. Super friendly staff, close to alot of food and interstate.

The room was convenient to highway. Checked in late just needing a shower and bed. Hot breakfast was good. The room was clean but did smell a little musky. I asked for air freshener and the hostess offered to switch my room immediately. I told her it was fine that I'd just take the air freshener and try that first. It was a little pricey for what I needed but all I all it was ok

Building needs to maintained, renovated, and deep cleaned. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The stay was ok for what was needed- a place to sleep. The knicks and scrapings on the walls, doors, furniture and elevators were obvious to the point out made me question what the customer's money is going toward. If I hadn't reserved in advance with an inexpensive price, I would not have stayed here.
