Comfort Inn & Suites Near Ontario Airport

I attended and event at the Ontario Convention Center with friends. I booked 2 rooms for a three night stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hallways and guest rooms were very clean and pleasant smelling. The beds were very comfortable. I made a call to the front desk about refrigerators not working and a maintenance person came to assist with in minutes. The breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price!!!

Positive: Staff members accommodate our needs. Negative: Had to ask for towels but none was given in time. We had to leave for our event.

The staff were nice and location to airport was great. However the room left a lot to be desired there was a hole where the peep hole used to be, covered with tape on the OUTSIDE, the lock on the bathroom door was broken looked like someone had broken it. We asked for extra pillows and were never given them. We were told no one would come to our room to clean unless we asked them to, then came back to our room after being gone on our third day to find our door not completely shut and the room had been serviced. Our belongings were not secured and anyone who pushed on the door (first to the left of the elevator on second floor) would have been able to go in and take anything.

Absolutely brutal experience. Airline cancelled my employees flight yesterday evening. Called the hotel immediately to notify that he wouldn't be making the reservation. Manager said they will not be making any exceptions to cancellation policy. Asked if a credit would be considered for a future stay in lieu of the situation, and the hotels answer was still no. For someone who has booked multiple rooms over the years here for our business, i was surprised that the hotel had zero empathy to the situation. As well it's not like the hotel was at full capacity either.. multiple rooms available! Disappointed! Will find different accommodation next time.

We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Near Ontario Airport this past weekend and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We booked two rooms for our group of seven. At check-in, we were given one room right away and told the second room would be ready in 10–15 minutes. That was fine at first, but after 30 minutes we still had nothing. We called the front desk and they said it wasn’t ready yet but they’d call us back. An hour later — still no call, no update, nothing. When we finally walked up to the counter ourselves, the staff told us they had “no idea” when the second room would be ready. No apology, no explanation, just brushed off.
