We’ve been staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in a King Suite, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The bed is incredibly comfortable, one of those “sink in and sleep like a rock” beds that makes traveling a lot easier. I also really appreciated having a separate living space and a small kitchenette, which made the room feel more like a mini apartment than a hotel room. They’re currently remodeling, and you can tell that some things in our suite will look and feel even better once the updates are complete. It didn’t bother us, but worth noting if you’re particular about finishes. Breakfast was good, plenty of options, but go early. They close everything up right at the posted end time, and they mean it. The staff experience was mixed for us. We met a few really lovely, helpful

We were down for EMS convention (hundreds of people) and I had left a couple very important items behind. I called and checked with staff since I wasn't too far away yet, but she stated they would leave a note but there was nothing she could do about it. I went into great detail on what the items were. I told her I had left there within an half on hour and she said the room was already occupied. She claimed she called and talked to the manager and I was told I would have to wait until the following day when the manager came in. UGH! I called right away and spoke with the manager, Gina. She didn't get a call, all the information nor what was left. She got a sticky note saying I left some medication. After I talked to Gina, she immediately went to the room and thankfully retrieved ALL my belo

Let’s start with the positives! Staff was friendly and attentive and the hot breakfast was decent. However, I still did not enjoy my stay. First, upon walking into the lobby smelled like a rest stop bathroom. Unsure if something was up with the plumbing but it did not smell pleasant. When I got up to my room I was disappointed to see that my bathroom was not cleaned well if at all? There was a lot of hair left behind by the previous guest, including the toilet seat if you catch my drift. There was also a ton of if not mold itself, mold staining in and around the tub and toilet. It had looked like that room had not seen a deep cleaning in a long time with stains on the walls and doors as well as dust on other fixtures like the non-functional exhaust fan and tissue box. Moving onto the bed

The room was extremely dated. Although it was not dirty, the furnishings looked liked they were from the 1980s. Tthe Capet had a huge stain, Wallpaper was peeling, no usb outlets, etc. I must give credit to the staff though. The breakfast area was very clean, and well attended by staff. Food was stocked, tables were promptly cleaned, the serving area was clean too. I made a mistake with my reservations and Gina, at the desk helped me tremendously. She completely solved my situation and went above and beyond to help me out with a completely friendly and unrushed attitude. She put me totally at ease. She made my weekend!!!

I've stayed in hotels all over the country - from 5-star resorts to motels in the middle of the desert. So I'm judging this one on-par with others of its price and quality. The location is excellent, right off the highway with access to conference centers and a view of the river and capitol building. What that means, though, is you're RIGHT off the highway, and the windows are clearly not insulated enough. Emergency sirens, drivers revving their cars and motorcycles, that local junker, families arriving at 1AM, you hear it all from the 7th floor. If you sleep lightly, ask for a room on the other side of the building. The King room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfy, the bathroom was nice, but the mini-fridge and AC/Heating unit were incredibly loud. (Are you sensing a theme?) Sta
