Comfort Inn & Suites El Paso I-10 Airport Area

Very close to my destination. The rooms were clean. Parking is difficult. The showers are challenging but you have to be creative to make them work for you there's two showers in the stall. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Arrived in the lobby exact moment the fire alarm went off, but the front desk woman was on the alarm immediately, recognizing it was false, politely and calmly addressing us while coordinating with officials to stop an unnecessary visit from responders, then checked us in recognizing my Choice status and getting us to our room. That entire atmosphere would have rocked any front desk staff and we've been greeted far less warmly from FD's merely viewing their phones with no pressures whatsoever.

The ambience of the hotel is really nice. It looks brand new and the rooms are nice and clean. The "walking distance" restaurants are not as close nearby as you might assume, especially if your a late night check in from a long days work, but that's why Uber exists. The rooms are clean and so are the linens but everything can't be perfect. Depending on the time of day the service could be really good, kind and helpful. Other times it seems rushed strictly business and nonchalant toned of communication. The location is right by the airport and right off of the highway but finding the entrance can be a little tricky, as there's a cluster of hotels in the same area.

We’re finishing up a 8 day road trip from TX to CA and back and this was the best hotel we stayed in while on the road! I saw reviews saying they needed updating, so I’ll speak on that for sure. They’re in the process of remodeling and it looks great! We stayed in a new room, it had updated carpet that matched the hall, new paint, new beds, and new room decor. The beds were the best we’ve slept on this entire trip! Everyone in the family agreed on that. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was it appears they haven’t put curtains back up yet, so the light from an outside street lamp shined bright all night, and the sun wS bright this morning, but other than that the room and bed was great. The breakfast area is on the 3rd floor which we’ve never seen before, but it was large and th

People at the front desk seem to not like their job and have nothing remotely close to hospitality. I comprehend the night shift can be crap. But people should not be rude or have attitude towards guest. I will most certainly not come back!
