Comfort Inn near Great Smoky Mountain National Park

I loved my stay here. The front staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the pillows didn’t have that musky smell some hotel bedding has. That’s a plus for me. The breakfast was included and was really nice. Very close to the shops and local restaurants. And close to the ski resort. The hotel has an indoor pool and washer and dryer for those of you who are like me that needs my clothes washed every day on vacation. The location was easy to get to and I would highly recommend this place.

Beds are super comfortable!!! Breakdown is ok (one waffle maker) and the room was tiny to eat in. Don’t expect to walk in an eat right away (if you want a waffle). Great price and location for a one day skiing getaway. We did. It used to the pool or hot tub but we saw others swimming

Staff/ Management were very pleasant Exceptionally clean but no smell (which is great). Even the parking lot and grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was well done and offered a variety. Mattress was a little firm which is better than soft but still a little uncomfortable. Despite that the bedding was well made with layers of soft, comfortable sheets, blankets, etc The air conditioner worked well. Nice set up with microwave, mini fridge, coffee bar Bathroom was huge Room was about 400 sq feet. Long and wide. Everything having been remodeled in 2024 and has accurate pics online. One chair with ottoman should be replaced as it is uncomfortable

Positive: Great shower, w/even a night light in the bathroom. Comfy sheets, 4 pillows each bed, indirect lights in the bedroom, large clear TV, plenty of towels & an excellent hot breakfast at a great price. Negative: The shower could be just a few inches wider.

The room was clean and I liked the addition of the new walk-in showers as well as the new larger screen TV. Another thing I noticed is the card key works extremely well. No fusing with which end to use and having to try several times before the door opens. One thing I would prefer is having breakfast start earlier. As photographers we had to leave in the morning before breadfast opened.
