Comfort Inn Alpharetta-Atlanta North

Comfortable, clean and convenient location. All of the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great every day and the staff was also very friendly and efficient. Ice machine worked when needed. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked well. Heat worked well when needed - although it was loud sometimes as the fan sounded like may need replacement/repair. Coin operated washer and dryer was nice to have. Lots of great choices of tv channels and Wi-Fi worked fine after initial connection. All in all, we liked our stay at Comfort Inn on Windward Pkwy and would definitely stay again. Price was reasonable for today's prices and offered a decent value. We stayed 10+ days due to home repairs - a weekly rate would have been better, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Thank y

Words cant comprehend how amazing this hotel is. My husband and stay here 5 times a year and will always choose this location. For a choice hotel this is top quality in every way possible. The most important thing for us is the staff here really go above and beyond. Haley at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and makes the stay for us feel like home. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable. The other staff we nothing bad to say everyone shows that they actually care even housekeeping. This place is super clean for a comfort inn. Also we always feel safe here they do a wonderful job keeping it that way. Every time we come to the area we will always stay here.

Staff was very considerate to our needs. Room was spotless,. Breakfast could have been a tad better. Bacon was way to crisp and juice machine was out of order. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious, it had plenty of lighting and a refrigerator and microwave for our convenience the king size bed was more than comfortable with plenty of pillows!! the staff who checked us in were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They even gave you coffee and donuts in the morning.

HALI it was amazing when I called about my booking. I need to check in earlier in the morning and not overnight so she helped me to go ahead and check it over the phone so I could just pick up my keys and it wouldn’t interrupt my day at all. She was wonderful. She gave me options and I can’t remember the last time I was treated so well.
