Comfort Inn Airport Turfway Road

We stayed for one night ! Nice hotel. Rooms were nice & spacey. Breakfast was very good. I've never seen a hotel do a little omelet egg with cheese . Those were good. Good location. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. The Fords garage was a good restaurants. Wifi worked well. Beds were comfy in our room.

While it seemed nice enough at first and my puppy was allowed to be there, my puppy found a used hypodermic needle in the room which I had to take out of her mouth. I also had my 8 year old son in the room. I brought it to the front desk as I didn’t want it in my room and to notify them the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, they said I could throw it away in their trash and make a note of it. No offer for us to change rooms or anything, just a note. Clean better do better to make sure your tenants are comfortable.

The room was OK, the young man who checked us in was more than helpful. There was, however NO WIFI connection, which put me at a severe inconvenience and caused me to inconvenience several other people who needed what I had to deal with it. The young man at the desk was apologetic, but said that the "boss" would "deal with it tomorrow." That was of no help to me.| Due to the fact that we book in a way could not cancel, we had not viable option to move elsewhere. There was no offer to make any allowance or adjustment. We'll NOT be back.

Called a week prior to stay to ensure I could get a first floor room, was told that wouldn't be a problem. Got there and the entire first floor is under construction so no first floor rooms available. 🤦‍♀️

Quiet,clean,comfortable. Check in girl got me in the room early. Close to food. Large bathtub if you want to soak. Lots of nice big fluffy towels. Worth every penny..
