Colonie inn and Suites

At first because of reviews I was unsure. Took a chance and glad I did! Staff was very friendly the location is excellent lots of food options near by and shopping! We stayed in the suite the jacuzzi tub worked and the room was very large. Will definitely be booking again!

Positive: Location price. Negative: Really dated, the furniture was from the 1950s.Bed pillows had to been 40 years old. Saw the room and immediately asked for a refund!

Great hotel most affordable considering the location in Latham. Staff is respectful and attentive to the guests needs.24/7 management. Considerate of the guests request. Very much recommended!!!!!! For the individuals who had a "bad" review or experience, I would say wasn't vocal enough to the management because all my issue were addressed immediately and sufficiently. Laundry and cosmetics late at night and all....keep up the good job

The room was very big and had a jacuzzi tub with it which we enjoyed very much. Location was great as there were many stores and restaurants on Route 9. Place looked a little sketchy at first but we had no problems or issues. Pillows were flat and not the best but the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend for a nights stay when in Latham NY

I am so pleased with the hospitality, kindness and cleanliness of this hotel. The location was perfect- close to the 76 Diner which has great food and service and close to Walmart. The owner and manager is a wonderful person who took care of everything with exceptional manager skills and courtesy. It was quiet, clean, and a great price . Thank you for a wonderful restful stay .
