DEBBIE IS THE BEST!!! I had a spectacular stay: Beautiful building, a daily free soup in the lobby, and most importantly the wonderful and warm staff. I want to specifically shout out Debbie from the front desk who, over the course of my one week stay, gave me a laptop charger when mine broke, helped be grab a late breakfast and -- I kid you not -- picked me up from surgery after work when I couldn't drive alone!! 11/10 service

Positive: Free EV charging! Bed was comfortable, breakfast convenient. Overall, good experience! Negative: No elevator. We could climb stairs to 2nd floor with our luggage, but could see it being problematic for many.

Upon arrival front desk always has welcoming goodies for the guests. Cookies, different type of infused fruit fresh water and my recent visit: Italian wedding soup after arriving late night 10:30pm and 10 degrees cold weather outside. So that was a great treat! Bonus their breakfast is pretty high up there compared to 2 other hotels near by that I stayed at.

Staff was attentive and accommodating, in every possible way right down to we asked for a certain type of tea and it was stocked the next day. The room was delightful, clean and well furnished, had a taste of classic and new age to it. The breakfest was amazing not just the usuall continental, actually had a chef on duty. Overall very friendly staff and a very accommodating stay, we will be booking again on our next trip to NY. The peaceful and quiet environment was extra appreciated due to the fact me and my fiance where in NY for IVF treatment. I would highly recommend the Century House to anyone traveling for IVF or any other reason.
