Coco Sands Cottages

This was our first time visiting Coco Sands Cottages. We stayed in Cottage 5 and it met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Superior customer service from Vinny, Chelsea, and Lynessa. Wonderful deck with chairs and view of the sunrises and ocean. Definitely coming back soon! Thank you!

We've never been to Florida, the main criteria I had was beach access (which a lot of hotels are a bit cagey about), but Google Maps confirmed this was right on the beach. There are a number of suites: bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. They've very nicely done-clean and recently upgraded. ||||Walk out the door and down a short walkway and you're on the beach. It's a pretty steep drop-off so great for wave watching, fishing, wading but I wouldn't send my kids out to swim, that'd be the other side of the island. Mornings are glorious with the sun coming up over the sea!||||A couple of things to be aware of-you'll be driving thru a long road with nothing much to see on the way from the airport. Absolutely LOVE these cottages. We've stayed in 3 of the rooms so far and everyone has been perfect. The location and short walk out the backdoor to the beach is wonderful. About an hour and a half walk to the pier from the cottages. This is my husband and i's favorite Florida destination. The workers/customer service is excellent as well.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the patio/yard area were great to hangout and such a short distance to the beach. I love that it was stocked with all the beach essentials from wagons, to umbrellas, to boogie boards, to chairs, mats, toys, towels, and more. We stayed in cabin 7 and loved the layout and space provided. Chelsey from customer service went above and beyond and was always quick to respond. Vini also came by several times to check on us and was attentive and so kind. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay from location, to amenities, to customer service-everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

I’m so happy with our stay. We got Cottage 3, 1B/1B but there is a pull out couch in the front room as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, beach towels and umbrellas/beach chairs are easily available. There is a coin laundry available as well which we didn’t need to use but nice to know is there. Overall very pleased with the beach access and the little cottage as well as ease of booking, check-in/check out. Lots of cute little restaurants within easy driving distance and a TON of nearby hikes/trails that are really gorgeous. So happy with our stay!!!
