Had an absolute blast at murder mystery party! The setting, the characters, the drama—everything was straight out of the Wild West and full of hilarious twists. From saloon gossip to shady dealings, it was a night to remember. Everyone in the audience becomes a living participant in the murder mystery, plus solving it. Exceeded expectations. Artful, engaging, playful, superbly crafted and staged. Everyone was transformed to the late 1800s; small town gossip, envy, big egos and suspicions. Who's done it? Plenty of hints and twists. If you ever get the chance to attend one, don’t miss it—just watch your back… you never know who’s got a secret!

I surprised my sister (well, best friend who feels like a sister!) with an early birthday gift—tickets to a Murder Mystery Dinner hosted by Cloak and Dagger Mysteries at Carr Winery in Santa Barbara… and WOW, what a night! The theme was Once Upon a Spell—a wizarding world filled with quirky professors, suspicious spells, and a twist I didn’t see coming… 😱🧙‍♀️ I was cast as a strict Professor with sky-high standards, and my sister played the hilariously disheveled Professor of Animalia. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in character, mingling with other guests to uncover clues and solve the mystery. This was a very entertaining and one of a kind experience for my wife and I. The venue did well, the people were really into their respective parts and the hosts were outstanding. Patrons at AJ Spurs were even coming in to watch and the excitement! I look forward to the next version of mystery this couple and their entourage of supporters comes up with. If you like to do things a little different than the usual night out, have a go at Cloak and Dagger murder mystery. You won’t regret it.
