12/27/2025 What an incredible surprise; this facility exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean (even met my wife’s standards). Easy access to the vehicle but not right outside as there are nice inside halls. Bathroom: single unit fiberglass shower that was very clean and neat. Blow dryer worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Included breakfast: More than adequate. Coffee was really good, a nice variety of hot and cold foods. No, it’s not a five-star dining experience but far above most hotels today. Check in: friendly staff, easy as could be. Pets: fair price and lower than most hotels in the area. Safety: We had no issues and it felt safe to us. We will be back. 1/6/26 We did stay here on our retrun since our first experience was so good. Christian - checked us in

Convenient to I-81 and plethora of restaurants, this hotel is clean and in good repair. It was tastefully decorated for the holidays on the day after Thanksgiving. Rachel at the front desk was welcoming and helpful -- she made our visit a very positive one. The room we had was clean with up-to-date furniture, a comfy bed, and a very clean bathroom. The room was quite warm and the heat was a bit hard to adjust. The room faced east and was extremely sunny in the morning. I wish the property had a station to refill water bottles near the lobby/breakfast room, though the fitness room did have a water dispenser.

Let me start out by saying that this is a OKAY hotel at the price point. But everything else was a let down. First of all the interior of the hotel looks absolutely terrible and needs some renovations, Secondly, the breakfast was good up until I discovered that almost all of the yogurts were expired, as well as the breakfast area and almost all tables being absolutely filthy. The man working evenings and checking people in was great and his service was a highlight of my stay.

We got this room after traveling over 12 hours and we were exhausted. We called all the hotels at this exit and this one was the cheapest. We still had 12 hours to get home and this hotel was exactly what we needed. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the room was clean with NO issues. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was CLEAN. And if you like a cold room like we do to sleep the this is the place for you.

Stopped for the night on my way to Charlotte for a conference. Had a small problem with the original room. Sarah was so helpful addressing the issue and when it couldn’t be remedied that night, got us a new room right away. Wonderful service and would recommend!
