clean rooms. disabled access. requested rooms downstairs and they accommodated easily . dispensers for shampoo lotion etc to save on packaging. lots of parking. pretty quiet location and close to places we needed to be. great staff. i would definitely save this location next time around the area. price is reasonable at 118 double bed including taxes .

I booked and paid for 7 nights upfront at this hotel. Although they claim they don’t allow dogs, there were dogs staying in multiple other rooms. The day after I checked in, I received a call from Jason telling me that “paying guests” were complaining about my dog. He then threatened to contact an animal agency to have my dog removed and told me I needed to collect my belongings and relocate. My payment wouldn’t be refunded for 5–7 business days, leaving me without my money and without a place to stay. I also felt unfairly targeted and believe I was treated differently had I been white, I truly doubt the situation would have been handled this way. We stayed one night (Friday to Saturday) and couldn’t wait to leave. The room was flat-out dirty. There was a lighter left on the nightstand, a shower cap covering the smoke detector, and mold growing in the shower. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in. For the price they charge, this place should be spotless, not something you want to disinfect yourself. We didn’t even stick around to try the breakfast because we just wanted to get out of there. Thankfully, we brought our own blankets and pillows because there was no way we were using the ones provided. The overall condition and cleanliness were unacceptable, especially for what they’re charging per night. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or ever stay at again.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was spacious, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of having both a fridge and a microwave in the room, which made it easy to store and prepare snacks. The towels were thick and plush, a noticeable upgrade from the thin, rough ones you often find elsewhere. The lobby had a tasteful, modern aesthetic that created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise— the continental selection included warm eggs and sausage, adding a hearty touch to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with thoughtful amenities and a comfortable environment.

When our toilet wasn't working and spewing out water the staff was very unhelpful saying that there was nothing they could do to help and that there was no other bathroom we could use. Made us feel not welcomed .
