City Motel

The true experiences that I have at this motel is 1. The rooms are huge 2. It is cheaper to stay here then in a apartment or house which I find to be extraordinary 3. The people who run the place are family oriented 100 percent and treat people with dignity and respect 4. I have a super clean room I also am a grown adult and don't expect people to clean after me like a child 5. I recommend this motel over the any other place in richmond due to the people and the safety and price. I truly like staying at city motel!

This is great place to stay if you are looking for an affordable and budget friendly motel. The staff is very thorough with their work and are always available. Overall it's a good stay

I spoke with this location last week and this past Monday for a check I. Today!! Well I’ve tried calling the property since 4am and not once has anyone even bother to answer the phone here. I don’t understand how you run a business and not answer the phone.

I stayed here for 4 years, the management is very nice, service is great, you can't have visitors, however that was great to me, because of the area, it keeps the stragglers out, it made me feel safe. Thank yall so much for everything, this was my home 4 years and I've never had any problems, I and the price is the cheapest in town, I would differently recommend it.

I tell you this place should be condemned. The HEALTH DEPARTMENT need to come here , this place the beds are molded, blood on the mattress, roaches, door didn’t lock right, bed bugs we packed up and left haven’t been back just took a lost on the money. I understand people are homeless and this place is the cheap but we are human and are better than this I rather sleep on the bench outside than to ever go back there.Please take this very Seriously, Don’t go they can’t stay in business if you don’t go . Until they get a health inspector in there and care about the people’s health this pace is nasty. I know now that cheap isn’t always best!!!! They really got a 0 star I hope someone reading this hears me DON’T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
