City Center Inn & Suites

my friend and i just stayed here for Tate McRae's concert at Chase Center! the City Center Inn is just that--an inn--so nothing over-the-top fancy, but i found it to be fairly quiet and cozy :) it was very easy to locate as someone who isn't familiar with the city. check-in was seamless and the front desk employee was very laid back. we ascended two flights of outdoor stairs to reach our room, which, while not overly spacious, was overall cozy and had a pleasant scent! it served our needs well :) bed was nothing to write home about but not uncomfortable either. i slept well! i really liked the complimentary secured parking area! after searching many hotels, this one was the only one i could find that was affordable and seemed to have free, safe parking. i see alot of reviews worried about

The room that we stayed in had street view. The size of the room was OK. I didn't appreciate that we weren't informed that room is not being cleaned while we stayed there. They have limited parking space that's offered as first come first served. Parking is behind doors.. It feels that the area is not safe. Motel is locked so it gives you feeling that's safe. You can see many homeless people. Do not walk the 6th street at all times. Unfortunately this motel doesn't offer guests laundry. I recommend you do not use 8th street laundry as it's horrible place.

We got a large corner room with an extra bedroom. Overall the room was roomy and had the things we needed, but the stay was not very comfortable and was full of annoyances... Very low water pressure in the bathroom tap; Elevator not working; Lots of yelling all day and night; Bedroom door was super loud and creaky; It wasn't clear when/where/how to enter the front door, but we figured it out; The luggage pre-check felt sketchy, and I wasn't sure if I'd see my luggage again; It didn't help that the desk clerk made a joke that we didn't have any bags, then only two bags (I think it was a joke...); The front door chain was installed backward; The TVs were all set to have the audio-only to Spanish; The alarm clocks were all set to go off three minutes apart, starting at 5:59 AM!!!; Check your

The room is clean & cozy. DTSF❤️ good for traveling like me & parking is included. Mr. Aryan has good professional skill customer care. Thanks for the nice hospitality

Positive: The hotel is a clean secure building. Staff is polite and respectful.Free parking is secure with security camera watch on all comings and goings. The street is busy but appears to be safe. Negative: I'd give it 2 1/2 stars. That you have to be buzzed in and out to enter and leave either on foot or to enter and leave parking. Free breakfast is coffee, and light processed carbs. The rooms are run down. They take $150 room deposit.
