citizenM Boston North Station

Positive: I loved the city skyline view. We were on the 10th floor. Also, the iPad was easy to use, made things easy. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: I would have liked a free cup of coffee, and a small free breakfast at least.

This is a unique experience because when you first come I, there are no signs direct8ng you where to go. You walk in the entrance then you take the elevator to the 4th floor for check I. Staff is very helpful and the lobby has a very modern feel. We checked in and you need your room key to get the elevator to move, which I like. We had a king size bed with premium view. When we first entered out room, it felt so small, our living room is bigger than this room, but once we settled in it was fine. Just about everything is run by iPad, which is fine and fun. The view both day and night were beautiful. There's even a sleep mode on the iPad that bring down the sun blocker shade and plays sleep type music, that for us actually worked. This place was awesome!! Love the semi self check in. Simple ppl like myself still need help, lol staff here was awesome. Rooms are small, well at least mine was but the bed!! Oh my!! Was awesome! You melted right into the bed, best nights sleep! Love the teach in the room, how the iPod controls everything in the room. Will def be back and hey love the business center in the lobby area where u have light drinks still available to you even at 3am

North Station CitizenM couldn't have been a better location for my need to close to MGH where my spouse had surgery. The staff were a Dream Team from reception to hospitality staff. Shout out to Drewskie, Maddie, Sam and Seli who went above and beyond while spewing genuine kindness and providing tip top service so rare these days. Thank you!! ADA room provided the comfort my spouse needed after surgery and any room you stay in will have a beautiful view. With the Euro lounge providing the comforts of home, the great food options, fun bar and balcony, and the friendliest staff/citizens, CitizenM is an instant favorite and preferred place to stay.

Have stayed at this location multiple times. Self check-in is quick and easy. Staff are friendly and there to help if you run into any problems. You can't beat the price with access to the T just outside your door. Less than a minute walk from TD Garden which is perfect if you're seeing a concert or a game. Upon check-in we've twice been given the choice of having a room facing Causeway St. free of charge which is a wonderful view. Highly recommend.
