Chestnut Lodge On Deep Creek

We Will Stay Here Again ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let me say this is a beautiful home. It has everything you need for a home away from home. Our family had plenty of room. We are a family of seven with ages ranging from 82 to 3. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom space and the Sun-room is set up for the younger ones. The back closed in porch was a great place to relax in the evening before bed or in the morning as you enjoy your coffee. The Deck area is a perfect place to enjoy a meal outside or just relax and watch the kids play. The backyard has a picket fence around it so the kids have a place to just get outside and you don't have to worry about them getting into the creek. Chestnut Lodge was a wonderful home away from home. The bedrooms are big and roomy. Large living room and dining room. We loved the screened in back porch and the deck over looking the beautiful river. We will be back and bring the grand kids. There is so much to do in the area. Very peaceful and accommodating. Dave and Kathy were a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for sharing your home!!

We had a great stay at Chestnut Lodge! The house was very clean and everyone had plenty of space. Our two dogs LOVED playing in the backyard. Owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly to questions.

We had a great time staying at the Chestnut Lodge on Deep Creek. Sitting on the Deck or the back porch listing to Deep Creek flow by is very relaxing. Endless place to explore and thinks to do. It's just outside the Smokey Mountain National Park. Its only a short drive to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeonfordge, TN. The grand kids loved it. We are looking forward to our next visit.

First, the kids (4) had one of the best times of their lives. I could not get them to come in to eat, they want to be outside so much. Most nights they slept on the large screened in porch. Second, the adults (3) ran like we where kids again. Went fishing in the BACKYARD!!!. Tubing for everyone.... Needless to say but I will, a spectacular time was had by all. Logistics: this is just about at the center of everything we wanted to do. It is close enough to town to get supplies yet far enough away so we don't even know there is a town close by. Tubing was just about 1 mile away, which by the way the start point is in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park... the ending point the BACKYARD! You will more than likely experience the same one issue we had. This vacation was too short for such a
