Chateau Motel

I wish I had said something before moving out. My girlfriend and I lived here for a few months before winter came and left after finding a new apartment. I'm posting late because this place has brought trouble to my new home. They have BED BUGS!!! and charge $10/week for internet! When I notified the owner of the big issue they were only concerned that I owed them $** of my $350 rent, just a portion! I wanted to be a long term stay to be honest, but I feel like I shouldn't have to suffer just because I may owe back rent once in a blue moon. They also charge weekly for wifi when literally every other hotel offers it for free or it's at least part of the price of your stay and you don't notice. You'd be better off paying for an Xfinity month pass for the same price and get wifi everywhere (p

This place is very old. Not maintained. Soft spots on floors. Holes everywhere. Walls are bulging from moisture. Black mold. The smell of marijuana is pungent. Lights in the parking lot don’t work. Never again. Next time I will read reviews first. Only thing good is the location. 50.00 a night I think not.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. The room was nasty and the Asian owner Kim wanted me to put the same sheets back on the bed because I had my own to use when i leave. Who does that? That was crazy never heard of putting sheets back on the bed before I leave. Also there was no heat the two weeks I was there. The shower curtain was nasty also smelled like stale cigarettes in the room. The walls are very thin you could hear the neighbors fighting every night and screaming at each other yelling for someone to call the cops. Also I had AAA I was told they didn't recognize nor give discounts but when you walk in there are posters of AAA on the walls. Also when you leave your room the owners come in without your permission and go through your things. This place need to be condem

Unfortunately we had to stay here! Pam was great. Loved her. As far as the owner, if you like racist Koreans. You'll fit in well. The water wouldn't turn off. So we kept it shut off. We had a bucket to catch the water from the toilet. The bed was horrible. It wreaked of dog. Being dog owners ourselves, we could barely stand it so we cleaned the carpet and bought our own vacuum cleaner. Needless to say, we left it there too. Thank God, we got a house finally!!!! Our recommendation is DON'T STAY THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO.

Our first stay we were given the large room on the end of the building. The cleanliness was acceptable. Had an old-style big screen tv, a living room area with a fireplace, and bathroom with 1960's character. There was a space heater that we needed to use for heat. We really liked the size and character of this room and wanted it again the second time we stayed here but it was not available. Instead we got a regular-sized motel room with hideous wallpaper everywhere. Luck of the draw. Front desk was friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable but not impressive. I'd stay here again, especially if I could get that big room again.
