Chase Suite Hotel - El Paso

Our stay was outstanding! The 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms set up was perfect for us and we loved having a full kitchen. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. I used the gym which was well equipped and the free breakfast was excellent. Also, we loved the pool, hot tub, and fire table. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel in section 18 for the business I was there for. Its three things that hopefully can be addressed for others. One of the steps at the top is a safety hazard and is loose. Its grey in color. The air in the room needs to be filtered some way. Its is very dry even when air is on and the couch is sitting room is old. The security young man on my stay on 2/23 that work late shift was very nice to bring a fan and helped my mom with TV. It was clean, much appreciation to the hotel room cleaners.

My husband and I stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel while we were in El Paso, and it was a lovely stay. We had stopped here before on a previous visit and so were looking forward to returning.|Our room was really spacious (a studio suite with two full beds) and had all the accoutrements (including a fully equipped kitchen), with a wide bar and seating to separate the kitchen and living areas. The furniture was new and attractive, and the beds were comfortable. (Note: if you’re used to sleeping in a queen-size bed as a couple, you may prefer each occupying a full-size bed, as they are definitely smaller.) Everything was clean and neat and very welcoming. I was amazed at how nice this place was for the price. My husband and I were in El Paso for one night and tried this place. We stayed in a studio. It was quiet, and furnishings were nice. The hotel is broken into many individual units of maybe 4 apartments each, instead of the traditional long hallway with doors opening into it. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but it looked fine with all the necessary dishes, etc. It had a very large bathroom with fairly thick towels, hairdryer and shampoo and lotion. We had recently stayed in the La Quinta nearby and it was horrible; rundown, no hairdryer, two tiny towels, no paper towels in the kitchen , etc and more expensive than Chase. We’ll definitely plan on Chase in the future.
