Casa Via Motel

No hot water or scalding hot water. Worse case of cockroaches ever. I stayed there out of necessity. No services at all. Less cockroachs outside than inside. No wifi even though it says on sign free WiFi. This place is cockroach haven. Owner/management does nothing about cockroachs. Should be condemned as a health hazard

Great customer service very friendly and welcoming.||Kept their word and matched the online proce not once but twice! ||Love the pool area very clean along with restrooms.||Cant forget breakfast !||Next stay will be at casa via mar for me and my family.

Cheapest is about the best thing you can say about this place. Absolutely full of cockroaches, bathroom door falling off the hinges, the water is either boiling hot out of both the hot and cold or freezing cold there is no in between. Management does not clean or maintain. Management also emotionally challenged and has a hard time dealing with any issues such as communicating with clients as to why the water it was shut off or why the power was shut off. There's black mold growing on the inside of the interior walls. Management does not provide cigarette but receptacles and also does not sweep. Just don't do it if you can help it at all.

Worst case of roaches I have ever seen. Almost every room is rented by a drug addict and the wife of the owner is terrible.

It is what you would expect for being on Division and costing what it does to stay there... You know about the roaches if you even look this place up... Disgusting
