Capital O Pleasant Motel Grand Rapids MI

Literally robbed me I would never book at this hotel booked this for a business trip have already prepaid I get there and sit in the disgusting lobby for 4 hrs waiting to get checked in then I call there customer support team get told I’ll have a full 100% refund the proceeds to tell me thru email tuff luck because of their policies which I understand if I was able to check in I do not live in Michigan I was here for business so had to sleep in my rental waiting a response just trying to check in unfortunately I never got to check in for robbed for 158$ this place is a scam like the rest of the OYO hotels never book here ever unless your okay with getting robbed

Booked through a 3rd party app with confirmation of booking. As I arrived someone came out of the building/office and threw me a ✌️ and left. I walked in and there was a sign that said no vacancy.

Convenient Location, Offer Guest Laundry, Free Wifi and Cable, Microwave on Every Floor for Guest to Use, They offer Long Term Rooms and Nightly. Reasonably Priced for what you Get. I Didn't mind Staying There, I Loved the location, The Manager, Manny is Friendly and Kind. I Also Love The Owner Bob. Good People.
