LOVEEEED MY STAY HEREE! The rooms personally were okay but I did not mind it as much like the others but the service?? amazing top notch the, Carie such a sweet and adorable soul! helped me with everything with a bright smile and front desk manager, diyaan, also a very humble, sweet and funny guy helped us out if we were in need of things and help with any sort of thing. Absolutely heart warming people are diyaan and carie. Hoping to see them again when I pay my visit here again!

⸻ My experience at this hotel was not good. The bed is in very poor condition; the wires can be felt and they hurt when lying down, which makes it very uncomfortable. Also, the dishwasher does not work properly, and the water has a very bad smell.

Price was right. I needed a place to sleep, I was only going to be there 8 hours, I had an early AM flight. Check in was fine. I would call it cordial, not friendly. The room had a musty smell. Not off putting enough to want to change. Turning down the bed I found hair between the sheets. In the bathroom I had a very large roach to scurrying across the floor. All in all, I would not have left this review if I could have mentioned this to the front desk at check out. Unfortunately at 3:45 AM, there was no one on duty. I called out and waited. I needed to leave for the airport, so I dropped the keys and left. I can hope I get a copy of the bill and it is correct. It’s convenient to airport. Rooms appear clean otherwise. If you stay here, set expectations low and you will be fine. I won’t be

The staff was super nice and friendly, but this property has seen better days. Our towels upon arrival were covered in long black hairs - all of them - imbedded into them - bath, hand and washcloths. The water pressure was less than stellar and hard to wash hair (I do have a thick head of hair). The AC was mediocre at best. I need it to be 65 to sleep and the room was a constant 74. We had a bunch of loud guests on our floor which didn’t bode well for a goodnight sleep. No housekeeping. We didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included and what was in the pantry was poorly stocked. How can you sell cereal but no milk? The price for what we go was not worth it in the least. We will not be back.

Positive: The housekeeping team went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Truly a non-smoking facility. No odor of smoke anywhere inside. Negative: Hotel makes you wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in when rooms are available earlier. No indication that your key card can be deactivated if placed near anything with a magnetic strip. Male front desk staff need customer service training.
