SRO ONLY, not a hotel for visiting SF. For residential living only. Janitorial service and. Maintenance is great however because of the age and past usage of the hotel it appears unkempt but is not truly the case. Some of the front desk staff is great while others are rude and not friendly to least. It depends upon the time of day and who's working if you feel comfortable visiting. Pet friendly and wonderful daytime janitorial service when it comes to pet clean ups .

I moved here in August of 17 this place is infested with roaches infested I mean crawling on your bed and on your ceiling on your floor in your clothes. This place is truly the bottom of the barrel. I have been dealing with a roach infestation for close to 4 months and they've done little to nothing to remedy the problem. No one follows through with what they say here. They all yes mam we're going to take care of that they never do. Then you become the bad guy for asking to live like a decent human being with dignity and respect. This place is trash. And the staff leave a lot to be desired. The health department and the new should be consulted about this place and the treatment of people with mental health disabilities. It's sad. Kari D.

I wish I could rate it a 0. They treat you like animals if you complain they make your life a living hell. The staff there is so bad they can’t get jobs anywhere else. Very disrespectful no concern for tenant safety. Case management is the biggest joke. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy

Management are lying sacks of excrement. They have been seen buying stolen goods at staff meetings, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. They maintain no standard of living. Elevator always broken, refusal to accommodate people with disabilities due to "budget insufficiency", residents and/or staff forbidden from using the community room, kitchen, or other common areas which is a breach of the lease by management, and the list goes on. Management has shown dedication only at avoiding being in the office, and fomenting the hopelessness and abject despair of residents. "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here!"
