Budgetel Inn & Suites Hotel

I am super suspicious that this place has as many stars as it does. There are people living here long term, manager knew people coming in and out. I guarantee they're offering discounts to write good reviews. Lady told me to plug in my fridge when I get to room because they clean behind it. It was unplugged but I don't know how they cleaned when there were haunted house sized cobwebs on the ceiling. Room also had cockroaches. Immediately went back downstairs got my money back and left. Wish I took pictures but I could not have got out of there faster. The fact that they take cash should have been a red flag. Whole place is rundown, sketchy, and smells. Do not stay here. My whole scale for a review has changed because I did not know a hotel could be this bad.

my partner logan and i and our cat have been staying here for a while now since our eviction back in april. the staff is friendly and amazing!!! older motel that has been spruced up. clean and housekeeping do their best to keep the motel clean. neighbors are nice, just trying to get by till they can find an apartment etc. it's a place of 2nd chances, and a chance to rebuild hope. i only wish the weekly rooms had a bigger fridge that also had a freezer.

Wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Place is a slump. Paid $92 my husband had to sweep the floors because the room wasn’t clean wrappers in drawers, junk on the floor a whole bottle of body soap in the bathroom, chapstick in the freezer and the heat barely works. This place didn’t deserve to be paid $10 to stay the night let alone $92.

My daughter in law lost her 4 year old son wanted to get away from his things for a while so this was what she could afford and this hotel has cockroaches light switches power doesn’t work in the rooms. Their staff is very rude. I called and asked for a refund they would not give a refund. Do not go to this hotel. Whatever you do, do not stay here. they need to be put out of business. The asst. manger was so rude when I asked for a refund!! Didn’t care don’t waste your money here!!!

I have stayed here several different occasions,this particular Sunday I saw a huge roach running in my room,when I asked for a refund I was told I had been in the room for more than 15 minutes and was offered bugspray!I will never stay within this company again,and find the black woman whom worked the desk to be very rude and ob actions. This same woman called me a month ago as I returned to my room(alone) ,and told me Noone is allowed and when I told her I was allowed and tried to ask what she was talking about she hung up on me. Amanda has been a blessing and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have returned after that incident, but add the bugs and nope never again. It would be appreciated if I could get a refund without taking any further actions,I have a picture of the roach if you doubt
