Budget Inn-Marietta

If I could give it no stars I would! Disgusting. Live adult roaches all throughout the room, including IN the beds, small bugs all over the curtains. Room stunk of smoke and marijuana. Went downstairs to address with front desk, wanted to give us a new room. Absolutely NOT if there are roaches in one they are in all. Refused to give refund even though we had been there literally 5 min. No manager on site and manger will call us until Monday. I am going to assume they will never call but I sure will! I did not expect marble floors but good lord I just wanted a clean place for my family to rest!!

I went to get cigarettes around 330 before getting ready for work. When I returned my key was no longer working. I walked over to the lobby only to find one family asleep in the front overhang and the automatic doors to the lobby locked. There was a sign on the door that asked customers to ring doorbell. I rang the doorbell and waited, no one came so I rang the doorbell again and knocked and waited only to do this cycle quite a few times but no body ever came. The door was opened by a maid a little after 8 am who let me in my room.i waited til I hoped someone finally showed up a little after 9 am. I tell the lady at the desk "excuse me I have been locked out of my room since 330 this morning., the lady looks at me and says it all with one word response" SO!! And she looks at me I was amaz

The first time I stayed my son &I had a decent stay. The second horrible! Room 122 should be closed down!!! While checking out I simply mentioned the fridge didn't work and the ceiling in the shower was leaking dirty water so I don't want that room again! When I returned she had the nerve to say one of her pillows was missing after I left. I told her I don't steel check your staff! I bring my own pillows & blanket! If you can, Please move on! Many of the comments say you get what you pay for. We Did!

I had been here before and was skeptical of returning but due to the situation I had no other choice. Since my last visit here, it seemed they had fully redone their rooms. Fresh paint, new furnishings, T.V., new tile, etc. Even new HVAC unit on wall. Bathroom and shower was clean as well. Very nice for the price. $75 for the night on a Friday. Room smelled fresh, not stale. A complete opposite of my last visit. Although they are short winded when you check in, really, I wasn't in the mood for a conversation anyway. Not too much as far as amenities. Just a snack and soda machine located down stairs but again, what more can you expect for the money paid? I would recommend a visit here if in need of quick rest and all other options have been exhausted.

We were travelling down from Wisconsin to Florida as a college baseball team. Our business office booked these rooms in advance for us with their credit cards When we arrived the front desk said that they did not accept Master Card which they had already told our business office they had accepted. They asked for 3-4 different credit cards and tried 10-15 different credit machines. Seemed like a big time credit card scam. When the idiots up front finally figured out how to work their machines, we went to the rooms and their were bugs everywhere, stained sheets, windows were covered with cardboard and duct tape. We immediately left. These guys are scammers and unprofessional. This hotel should be shut down.
