Broadway Motel

Renting rooms is one thing that they are not concerned with. It was 802pm and there was one vehicle in the entire parking lot.... So obviously they have plenty of open rooms. I went to the window which was outside so I'm standing in the rain and no one is coming so I call. And call and call. I tried calling for 13 mins then gave up and got a room at econo next door. They had no issues taking my money. Lol. I wanted the weekly rate but I'm glad that they didn't never pick up the phone what come to the window to help I'm sure there was a reason that only one car inn the parking lot

Bed bugs!! 🏃 🏃 🏃 far away!! My husband and I reported seeing a bed 🐛 along with all the red welts and markings we had all over our bodies. As well as video of a bed bug! The man who works there was very nice but refused to give us a full refund for the 2 nights we stayed and would only give us the refund for 1 night. We were originally in room 28 but asked to be switched due to the bites. His wife was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She is definitely in the wrong line of business. She was very upset her husband kept speaking with us and didn't understand why he was being nice to his customers and she definitely did not appreciate him giving us a refund. We won't be back. Nor will we go to any hotels that are close to this one because I'm 😨 they probably have them too

Overall it is an enjoyable place to stay with limited traffic and no guest disruptions. Very basic rooms with a couple minor maintenance issues that have not been properly addressed/corrected, the only noise were from the Wendy's nextdoor and the main road at the front of the hotel. The location is phenomenal moat everything is within walking distance also with it being on a main road (rt. 1) getting deliveries are super easy. Access to the interstate is literally 2 turns from the hotel. I would suggest to the hotel to consider that for the condition of the room and the extremely limited guest amenities, it is not worth $65-$75/ night. I used to run a hotel in the same area that offered the more amenities and that price would be for our weekends or busy season. I would recommend lowering

It's was quiet. Rooms need painting, but the bed was cozy and I had a good night sleep. Plenty of places to eat close near by including Walmart and a Food Lion in walking distance.

Nice staff and nice rooms!!😁 Don't judge a book by its cover, it was a really comfortable stay, also it has good internet, the only 2 things it has to get better with are that the room smelled like humidity ( but it went away with the AC) and it has to fix some parts of the interior, but it's just like itty-bitty things. TOTALLY WOULD RECOMMEND.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
