Breakers Resort and Beach Bar

😊: The view of the water from our ground level room was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and color of bedding and room gave a cool beach vibe. Breakfast and location on the water in the morning was breathtaking.. 😢: The only issue was when we flushed the toilet it had the terrible odor of a sewer that was backed up. Room 105, hope it wasn't through the whole hotel..

Pros: it was pretty clean, staff was very friendly, had a restaurant and bar there with free breakfast bar, looks like a decent pool and hot tub but didn't use it Cons: shampoo, conditioner body wash empty in shower, used dirty towels still hanging in bathroom, handle to patio door was broken off, at breakfast bar for a half hour it was never checked on or stocked looks like it would have been good had it been stocked. Dinner was subpar, we both had steaks. Overall I would stay there again beds were very comfortable & the room was clean.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way down to a wedding in lower Michigan and one night on our way back.|The staff was pleasant and informative. Having a 24 hour concierge was very nice and comforting. Miss Beverly was wonderful. |The discount ferry tickets and free shuttle, along with the 24 adult hot tub and pool was a HUGE plus for us. The hot tub was hot and the jets were powerful, the pool a refreshing temperature.|The rooms were bright and clean, great views from every where. Having an on site restaurant and bar was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The campfires on the beach each night was a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day.||We specifically changed our homebound schedule to stay there again, unfortunately, that day the hot tub jets were not working. Everyone talks about the restaurant, but I want to highlight the awesome accommodations at the hotel! We are staying here in the dead of winter, and honestly it’s quite beautiful looking over the frozen lake while you eat your fantastic breakfast buffet! Great prices, comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, what more do you need? Oh, and a 24 hour hot tub and pool! Great job, Breakers!

Amazing location! Beautiful views over the Lake. We were upgraded to the deluxe suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of towels at the clean pool which is open 24 hours for adults. Bar service was great with unique cocktails. Breakfast is included and open until 11am. Highly recommend and we plan to come back in the summer.
