Best Western The Inn at Rochester Airport

Made the best of a bad situation at this Best Western location in Rochester. My mother booked the room on my behalf after I suddenly fled an abusive job, and the staff were incredibly kind and looked after me as a solo female traveler. Rooms are equipped with deadlocks on the inside, beds were clean and bug-free, and the bathrooms were stocked with ample amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I spent two nights here while I recovered from overwork & prepared to fly home, and I was well taken care of. Shuttle came in the morning and transported me safely to the airport. Great value and good people behind the counter. A huge thanks to everyone who helped me on my way back to Texas.

The Air bnb we rented was absolutely filthy with possible mold (2 Harbour Lane in Canandaigua) and we became very sick. We decided to bail out and go to the airport.. The Best Western had a room available for 2 nights and we found it to be exceptionally clean! The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating! The breakfast was good. A very good experience at the end of a nightmare vacation. 5 stars!

This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My reservation clearly said the room came with 2 sofa beds and 2 full beds, but when I arrived, the room only had 2 full beds and 1 sofa bed. How do you mess that up? It’s basic information. When I told the staff the room was completely different from what I paid for, instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to book another room. I asked them to cancel the original booking and move me to the cheapest room with 4 beds — and somehow they still charged me for both reservations. Absolutely unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility, they made the situation even worse and left me paying extra for a problem THEY caused. The lack of honesty, accuracy, and basic customer service here is shocking. I will never stay at

Positive: The room was immaculately clean and had no weird smells. It was the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in in years. Negative: AC did not get cold enough for us to sleep comfortably. The spring mattress was not our favorite but adequate.

The rooms were roomie, in that the spots we had were actually two rooms. A bed that I found comfortable in one room along with a TV, closet, and dresser. In the other was a small desk, sitting chair, and love seat/sofa bed. As we were staying at an airport hotel some noise was expected, but future guests should be aware the night we stayed here we were in the landing patter (planes pass a few hundred feet over the hotel). They last one landed around 11 p.m.
