We picked this hotel as it was close to the Niagara Falls NY airport . We only stayed one night - Jan 3-4. Called the hotel directly and asked for the least expensive room for two seniors - room had two double beds ( sufficient ), large TV, desk and chair, fridge, bathroom with tub. Very clean and comfortable. Check in clerk was efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning - pretty much everything you needed to start your day & good coffee too. Desk clerk on check out was kind to call a cab for us in the morning to get us to airport. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 13 plus years. I have never been disappointed in the hotel staff, the friendliness and helpfulness. It's like a home away from home and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable.

I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and adjoining rooms. We were celebrating my grandson’s birthday with family and couple of his friends. It was great. They were able to swim and play video games. In the room. Very happy kids.

Positive: Set back from the road so there is no road noise that I heard. Full breakfast was complete with something for everyone. Large breakfast area and dining area. Quiet, but we were visiting mid September. Negative: We were on the ground floor, and could hear footsteps on the floor outside the room. I believe the hotel is on a raised foundation and this may account for the noise. Was not bad and I wore ear plugs so after the first night I didn't hear anything.

Visited from Michigan to see Niagara Falls for a few days. I must say, this hotel was decent. The staff was friendly, my family’s rooms were clean, and there was even breakfast and coffee. There’s also a technology room, and indoor swimming pool with a gym. Might I suggest adding a different meat to the breakfast menu? The Turkey sausages were just awful. They were properly cooked but there were no other options. 🫤 Finding a safe spot after 9pm was difficult, the front was filled, and the back of the hotel looks shifty at night fall. Get your spot early. Do NOT use booking.com. They had a hold on the card as expected but upon confirmation with the hotel, booking.com reserved the WRONG ROOM. The artillery had correct room types but improperly communicated to the hotel. Upon cancellation,
