Best Western Plus McKinney Inn & Suites

This is a lovely property. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had maid service every day (bed made, trash removed, etc.) without asking. That's a rarity anymore, why, I don't know. The breakfast was great every day, different meat options every day. There is a yogurt parfait station which is nice. Also, the coffee machine also had hot chocolate. The only thing I can think of to report is that there were no black tea bags, only green. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. Location is excellent with easy access to highways, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with cozy beds. ||The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. ||The hotel also has great amenities like a fitness center and pool, making it a good choice for both business and family stays. We enjoyed our stay and see you again.. ||Overall a reliable and comfortable stay at a fair price - highly recommend this place!!

I am down here working untill Christmas Eve, and chose to give this hotel a shot, and I fell in love. I absolutely love the homey feel and welcoming vibes from the staff. Rooms are always clean when I get off, never have to ask to get fresh towels or my room clean. Breakfast is on point and the coffee is somehow better than Starbucks 😁😋. I am definitely coming back again. Oh I almost forgot, the have plenty of parking for what lever size truck with or without trailer, car or suv.

This location was clean, plenty of parking, and breakfast was pretty flavorful. What I would like to add is how my family were traveling and we lost my wife's wallet. We received a call from front desk asking if we had lost anything and we confirmed my wife's wallet. They called us to state that after cleaning and inspecting the room they came across the wallet. One week later we returned to the hotel and were able to recover the wallet. The management and staff are great and understanding. I recommend this location not just because of their kindness, but also there is a Whataburger and DQ within walking distance and you have easy access to 75. You are safe and will enjoy your stay at this location.
