Best Western Plus Harrisonburg

If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. The level of attention to detail and accommodating my needs is unparalleled. Being from the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen this level of such excellent service. The rooms are always great & the beds are amazing.. When I call to check in, they know exactly who I am and what I need ahead of time. I’m a frequent guest and the experience is always the same. A huge shout out to Micheal and Victor that always take care of me. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Positive: The beds were super comfortable, the location was great! The staff other than what I say below was awesome! Negative: There was no hot tub as it said in the description on their website. Could see where it use to be, but it is no longer there. Their breakfast was out of a lot of things (bowls, cream cheese, forks)

For those who don't want to read more... Clean, Comfortable Hotel with Great Breakfast! I was on the road driving late, realizing that I needed to call it a night and get some sleep, I searched three different towns along the I-81 corridor in Virginia, finding Harrison to have the best rates for a quick 6 hour rest. This hotel was very highly rated and lived up to the other reviews that I saw. Friendly late night check in, clean room, COMFORTABLE bed and nice breakfast is everything a traveler wants while looking for a nice place to rest before hitting the road again. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list as a great place to stay if I need a reasonable rate for 6 hours of sleep!

We needed a hotel asap and the general manager Michael Dull was so helpful and nice on the phone helping us book a room. When we arrived we checked in with Michael and he was so kind and respectful. He was very helpful during our stay as well as the rest of the staff. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The shower felt amazing and the hot water was great. Pool water was warm and perfect kids enjoyed it! Breakfast was great and they had a great variety of food, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, cereal etc. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Virginia!!! Thank you to Michael and his wonderful staff. It was a great stay overall!!! 11/10 😊

We stayed here for a sporting event my daughter attended in the area. It wasn’t a bad hotel. Clean. Staff friendly. We never got a chance to use the pool area. The rooms are nice. Beds comfortable. The hotel over all could use a little updating. Nothing huge but some paint jobs would help. The only reason I gave a three star was the breakfast. It was horrible. No fruit. Everything was coated in pepper. The waffles were heavy and doughy. I even tried to cook it longer. The bread stale. This was definitely a con. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I go across the street to Cracker Barrel? Yes! Easy access to highway and JMU.
