Best Western Plus Executive Hotel

Overall not bad, but not as nice as Marriott Courtyard or Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at recently. Beds were comfortable. Room was nice overall. WIFI NEVER worked in our room although it did work in lobby. Bathroom floor was funky in the corners especially behind the door. Bathtub was slow to drain...by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in standing water. Breakfast room very crowded.

The good news was that any staff we saw was very pleasant, particularly Peter at the front desk. He was very nice and communicative. We had a good night's sleep, so the bed was comfortable. That said, it was accomplished only after we turned the air handler off. Now, I don't like leaving negative comments; however, our room, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel, was lacking. We had to turn the air handler off so we could sleep because it made so much noise. The bathroom had a very dirty floor, and the seal around the toilet was filthy and not attached to the toilet. The corners of the little bathroom were gross. It took almost two hours for the tub to drain after a shower, so only one of us could take a shower (unless we wanted to stand in ankle-deep water left from the previous

Positive: Absolutely nothing; it was a horrible experience. Negative: The hotel staff was extremely rude. Check-in took excessively long and then the first room we got checked into had a broken air conditioning unit. We were able to switch rooms; however, the new room was completely filthy with mold, mildew, and rust.

I recently stayed here and paid $99 for one night, plus a $100 hold. While the bed itself was comfortable and I was able to get some rest, there were several issues that were very disappointing. The biggest concern was that there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water, but the shower did not, which made it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the shower head was broken, and the refrigerator in the room had a noticeable odor. For nearly $100 a night, basic amenities like hot water and properly maintained fixtures should not be an issue. I’m not someone who complains easily, but these are fundamental expectations when booking a hotel stay. I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests!!!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was pretty bad. The photos must of been when the hotel was still new. Trying to find the road leading to it was hard to find in the dark since they had a small unlit sign at the end of the road. The room was big but the bed was hard, the bathroom sink was also in the bedroom and separate from the shower and toilet, they were in a room barley big enough to turn around in, the light switch for the bathroom was outside of the room and they didn't provide any shampoo or conditioner. They had a large tv but unless you want to watch sports or news no other listed channels on the on-screen guide like food network, Travel or Discovery channels came in.
