Best Western Plus Boston Hotel

I was pleasantly surprised. My room was clean & spacious, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is in a noisy part of city so hotel leaves complimentary earplugs. Considering I use them normally, the traffic noise didn't bother me. The complimentary breakfast was free and hot so can't complain. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was extremely slow but in the grand scheme of things, the hotel was great.

The hotel is very modern, clean and warm. he room was spacious and with many towels available. The staff was supportive and welcoming. The included breakfast has a lot of variety to select from. The shuttle drivers always came in time and it was very convenient to get to downtown and back. The only what I would suggest to have a shuttle available from the Andrew subway on demand during late nights because the area around, people say- is saved, but not very pleasant to browse.

Although the location is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is amazing and very well maintained. Had a room on 5th floor, not too noisy!!! The free shuttle service driving to downtown area is very convenient! The free breakfast was wonderful. My son loved the delicious cookies in the evening. They have free juices and coffee’s all day long. The staff was amazing!

So this was a great trip because the service and the staff! The staff were so understanding and did a great job resolving our issues so I applaud them for that! The only thing that they don't have control of is the location and the people around. Lots of people using heroin and needles on the ground in the residing area. Honestly other than that the stay was great, the breakfast was the best I have EVER had at a hotel before. Rooms were clean and taken care of and we had no issues. Staff was quick to respond to anything we needed and resolved any and little issues that we did have! Recommended just the location isn't great, they do have security that watches the parking lot which helps.

This unique hotel experience [it's round!] was complimented w/the BEST free breakfast [both days!] I've ever had--whether on business or pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was actually staffed w/people who were VERY attentive [they were more friendly and more concerned than the average wait-staff!], and constantly stocked food BEFORE it ran out. The food variety was excellent and the fruit was fresh. Good hotel and GREAT breakfasts!
