Best Western Delta Inn

After an 8 hr drive, started researching hotels around Effington, IL. Since we were pulling a small U-Haul trailer, I was hoping to find a secure lot. There were about 12 police cars in the lot because it was Illinois Speed Awareness week….a lot of police cars on I 44. So we felt very safe. LOL||Young woman at 8:30 Pm check in was extremely efficient and personable.||Room very clean with nice little touches by housekeeping. BED and linens extremely comfortable. ||We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. ||Based on family recommendations, we had dinner at Firefly Restaurant just a mile from hotel. Unfortunately it was during their special Summer menu which offered only a 4 course meal for $85 pp, 6 course for $105 pp, 8 course for $135. We chose the 4 course and shared wh

This hotel is close to the interstate, which is convenient but also noisy. Our room was spacious but could use a little tlc. It was only a one night stay so we managed. The breakfast was not so good. I'm hoping management shared our experience with staff and that has been resolved.

Great and friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Ample parking, indoor pool. Rooms are no frills but inside a mini fridge and microwave. Only down side it there is a LOT of freeway noise. Ask for a room away from the freeway.

The woman on the phone at night on Nov 23rd was so friendly , and held the room till we got in, after we had a bad experience cancelling at Days inn . I haven’t slept so good in a long time . Comfy beds ,clean and quiet. We will definitely be back when we visit family! Thank you !

$20 Pet fee Very quiet, friendly staff, clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. The normal fare for breakfast. Pool was clean. Plenty of parking. We'd stay here again. Suggestions: Nicer outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather besides a picnic table. Or the 3 resin chairs near smoking area. You might want to get new flags. They're faded and damaged from wind. 🇺🇲
