Best Western Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral

I will absolutely be coming back to stay at this hotel!! The service has been superb, the pool next to the Blue Flip Flop bar was so clean and heated. Ms. Judy at the Blue Flip Flop bar next to the pool was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-notch. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure to make the beds and bring fresh towels later in the day because we were still in the room in the morning. The fire pits, corn hole, bocce ball, and life-size jenga were the cherry on top! Not to mention there are at least two boardwalks straight onto the beach and it’s right next to the pier. 100% satisfied customer!!

My husband and I came down to the area on Dec 22nd solely for the purpose of a resort time share presentation at the Cape Canaveral Beach Resort. We were only given two options for a hotel stay and the BW Cocoa Beach hotel was the closest and the only one with a beachfront room & a balcony. |We were initially given room 805 which was directly beachfront. When we walked in the room we noticed a strong damp smell like wet carpet or wet towels. The a/c was turned on very cold. We thought it could be due to the room being closed up or maybe the previous guest spilled something so since we arrived around supper time and were tired, we decided to just give it a chance. Older motel and hotel style accommodations. 5 separate buildings make up this older property. Breakfast was good, service was amazing - thanks ladies you really are the BEST. Only stayed 2 nights before a cruise.

The staff were amazing so friendly and courteous. We had a problem in our room with one roach. Not an infestation but just one. We reported it and they moved our room asap. The room itself was very clean. The location is great for walking around to the beach and nearby restaurants. It is very good if you have a cruise. The best part was the staff like words can’t explain how comfortable the staff made us feel.

We booked the Best Western on our way to Miami. We’ve never been to Cocoa Beach so we didn’t know what to expect. We are happy we chose this hotel. Todd and Keith made us feel welcomed from the start. They made recommendations of the best places to eat and visit to make our short stay full and meaningful. I can’t say enough about them. If our travels ever bring us this way again, it would be a pleasure to stay again!
