Best Rest Inn

We initially booked at another hotel but the owner insisted we switch to this motel. The first motel had breakfast included. This motel served no breakfast.|The shower floor was extremely slippery and I almost fell a few times. There needs to be some kind of coating on the floor. I had to straddle the inside sides of the bathtub so that I wouldn't fall.|The only good time that I discovered upon check-out was the cost was a bit cheaper than the other hotel.|I hope I still get my rewards points from Wyndham.

This place was great!! It is one of the most affordable places in Jacksonville, it is clean (which is a must for me) housekeeping daily, the owners are very hospitable, they make good coffee for the morning! If you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable stay, this is the place!!!

Positive: For a simple old fashioned motel, this place was surprisingly nice. King size bed was very comfortable. It had a nice refrigerator microwave and good size TV. Negative: Not really, it is very nice for what it is.

This room and location was perfect for my needs, two nights here to spend some time with family that live in the area. It is an easy drive from all the tourist spots on Topsail Island at a fraction of the price of lodging there.|For a very reasonable price it is clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet for being on a busy street. The bed especially is comfortable and I slept like a log. It is perfect for me traveling solo, but would do just as well for a couple or even small family.|It has all the basics and more, microwave, refrigerator, a desk and chair, and another small table and chair. The shower was very good.|My only criticism would be that, like most older motels, there are not enough electric outlets. I was glad I brought both an extra long phone charging cable and an extension

Ranked higher than it should be. Just a cheap hotel with rooms that aren't dirty, though musty. They don't give you enough towels, it's next to a very noisy road, and ladies you don't want your kids to see hang out in the parking lot during their breaks.
