Beau Rivage Golf & Resort

We were here for tonights for a friend’s wedding. The room we got was on the ground floor. We really liked the size of the room but that’s about it. You can hear the floors creaking when people above you walk. I guess we were lucky people above were not loud so we only heard them when they walked or dropped something. The bathroom needs a major renovation. Bath tub, all the faucets seems like they’re all from the 70s. It’s the faucet that you have to pull out and it’s quite hard to do so because of how old it is. Good thing the toilet seems new. My major concern is how dirty the room was. There were dust on top of all the dressers drawers. Faucet in the shower has soap scum on it. All the walls need to be wipe clean. We were not told during check in that we had to request maid service. We

We were there for a family wedding and everything was perfect. The room was super clean, and the bed very comfy. The staff was very accommodating and gave the best service throughout our stay.

This was my third stay at Beau Rivage resort and it continues to impress me every time. the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurant is quaint and inviting and everyone you meet is friendly and upbeat. But what truly sets this place a part is the staff - they make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive it as if they’ve known you forever, their warmth and genuine hospitality, are what makes staying here such a comfortable and memorable experience.

Overall great experience. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It’s a little noisy though and the guy walking around upstairs woke us up early. The older lady working the breakfast at the restaurant had no customer service skills. Made me not want to go back again. Took off one star because I felt there should be better access to coffee in the morning especially being tired and just needing a cup. Walked down to the restaurant thinking I could charge my coffee to the room, like most hotels/resorts. I didn’t have cash and the older lady working there was kinda of rude and was not very nice. I didn’t feel like walking to my room and back again for one brewed coffee that cost them like 10 cent. Customer service would’ve gone along way if she would’ve just said come back and pay or have it on the h
