They can't help it but the old coot with the beat up pickup truck that is dented in on the driver's side and his grill friend Ina larger newer SUV keyed my paint job on my brand new RAV4 while my vehicle sat in the parking space in front of my room door. So I won't be able to ever feel comfortable with my vehicle sitting there again.

I was in between homes because I had sold my house and had also recently discharged from the hospital with some health issues. The maids and front desk was very good to me during my stay. It was my home away from home and I was in a clean and comfortable environment.

Well this is a real work in process. It is rated 2 stars and unfortunately that is close to correct. The BEST thing to be said is the helpful counter person and her desire to keep this sinking ship afloat. It is set at pet friendly so we booked a room for our travel needs with our dogs. The room was Clean and all functions worked. BUT the key pad forced us to either have one person stay in the room of get multiple tries for keys to get in. This was a real uncomfortable situation. Even the front desk couldn't get the JUNK key system to work. The exercise room was "Out of Order" as it was full of paint and stuff used for storage. The Bathroom in the breakfast area was "Out of Order". The owners are not making money and I can see why. This is NOT a well run location. I could understand why o

Cat and Mandy were the greatest girls. They both went over and beyond helping to make our stay comfortable. They are amazing and I hope they will be recognized and rewarded for their hospitality and excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much girls and we will stay there again because of uou!
