This place is definitely reasonably priced and but it needs to be upgraded but the front desk clerks were always really helpful. And they do have a pool and a hott tub. So I stayed here gř

This hotel is absolutely unhealthy to stay at. Drugs being used and sold right outdide the front door. Human feces on the sidewalk walking up from the parking lot. The stench of urine outside as you walk in is disgusting. The room had an air conditioner that did not work properly. There are transiets coming in and out of the lobby. There was a woman that got beat up in the stairwell while I was waiting at the front desk. The ONLY nice thing about this place was the young lady behind the desk. I propmptly asked for a refund and we left the building and we stayed at the Delta by Marriott which was an amazing experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!

Positive: Nice TV and location Negative: Guest visibly high on opiates at check-in. Loud altercation outside my room at 9:30 p.m.—man hit woman and threatened further violence. Another hallway disturbance at 3 a.m. with yelling and thumping. Third fight at 9 a.m. between two men outside my door.

This place needs to work on customer service and clean the place up....There was a young lady who got back to the hotel about 11 pm to find out her room card was not working And it took untill 4 am to get anyone to fix it for her...there was a second lady who got back after a night of work at 2 am again could not access her room and waited along with the other for someone to fix the issue.. No one at the front desk or even answering the phone that is just crazy and so rude....

Room was obviously not cleaned and not taken care of well. Toilet was broken and stains everywhere. Beds were clean but the chair was cigarette burns. Homeless would walk in and eat the breakfast. Absolutely nothing looks like the pictures. And breakfast was cold and stale. Would not come back.
