Hampton Inn Denver-North/Thornton

Not impressed with the service at all! Especially the phones! Nobody answers for one! Then they pick up and hang up! They try to say that my husband isn't in his room when I just talked to him! The phone cuts off every 6-7 minutes, whether I call or he calls and Everytime he calls it shows up as either the motel or a personal cell phone number!! Something really off there! We are trying to have a serious conversation and can't even do that! Appreciate the help with getting his room over the phone but wow this is no way to treat good paying customers!

It's all good when homegirl from the hood ! Service wasn't all that, but everything considered was above average.

I had a long due but awesome trip to Colorado and my mother and I enjoyed every minute of it. Good job Denver airport, Thornton hotels, and the Blue Arena in Loveland, service was also excellent at Applebee's and a BBQ place near Loveland was great. CTU business trip.

For some reason the other hotels are full. So this is last choice. Thank goodness we will only be sleeping in this place as our schedule is full. Cost is too much for what we have, but no other choice at the moment.

Located in a great place to lots of fun things around Denver. The facility is old, desperately needs renovations and repairs. However, the staff works VERY hard to keep things clean and orderly.
