Motel 6 Thornton, CO - Denver

Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The shower stall was tiny with very little water pressure or hot water. The sink faucet was not properly installed and turned with the handle. The room appeared to be wiped down, with no bugs. This place is full of homeless people and drug addicts. There was a lot of screaming and fighting from other residents that could be heard in our room along with the thumping bass from some party.

Place was very friendly and there willing to help.

Simon is awesome he is very kind and helpful great customer service skills and honestly he made the stay so much better. Not only is he professional he honestly did his best to make sure I was content he has a real knack for customer service. On another note , The rooms are disgusting and dirty . They seem to be very short-staffed cause the appearance outside and inside was very bad trash everywhere.alot of rooms left dirty .property was very unkept.

The owner is a greedy slumlord with no appreciation for his customers whatsoever. Went 4 days with NO hot water due to the boiler breaking and waiting for a part to fix it. He would NOT give a discounts or any compensation for not being able to shower for 4 days!!!!! I understand things break but when I have to pay the full regular rate but I don't get one of the most important amenities for 4 days that is included in that rate is so selfish. The fact that he does that knowing he can because the majority of the people staying there can't afford to really go elsewhere just blows my mind that someone could be so inhumane to other people. If I wanted a place to stay that didn't have any hot water I would have just gone camping and paid $25 for a camping spot. We asked for a free night or a di
