Candlewood Suites Denver North - Thornton by IHG

I stay in many hotels throughout the year, and this one might be my new favorite. The room was perfect, the bed was SO comfy, and the whole hotel was also very quiet. My only complaint is that during my 7 day stay, the maids didn't service the room a single time. The front desk was extremely helpful on a couple occasions. The location is great. Right off the highway with multiple food options within walking distance.

We reserved a room with an ADA facility but it did not have a walk-in shower. The staff member immediately gave us a walk-in shower room and we were very pleased that it went so well. The stay is always great and the facilities are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Will always recommend and we'll stay here at Candlewood for many times to come.

Great coffee!! Available 24/7 for free. Staff was friendly and rooms were very spacious. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The air was great. They had thermastates in bedroom and living room so it kept it very pleasant. Great selection of eateries, and other stores.

Room was excellent. Very clean fantastic. |The staff was very sweet. It was a little hard to get a hold of the desk. I was able to call down once for my room and get a hold of somebody after that. As soon as I would call it was busy. I had to call from my personal cell phone in order for me to get a hold of the front desk. ||Aside from that, the stay was wonderful. Brown haired girl that worked the three to 11:00 was very sweet glasses. I wish I remembered her name. She was very on top of it. Super accommodating when I needed to ask for a crib last second.

I never leave reviews but this place is beyond deserving of one. I stay in Candlewood 35-40 weeks a year for work and this location is beyond a hotel. Olivia the director of sales has made this feel like I moved into a condo. It’s amazing and clean. The staff looks like they want o be there and not have to. This is a must for your next stay.
