I would give zero stars. They acted like checking in customer was inconvenience, then check out was worse. I had problems during my stay and they didn't want to be bothered by it or even make things right. Definitely wouldn't stay or recommend this place to others.

The price was good but overall I feel like the hotel is run like a half way house. Room was semi clean. Lots of shady characters around. Couldn't tell who was a resident or staff. Woman in her pajamas with her teenage daughter were handling breakfast. Same woman was singing at the top of lungs in the parking lot the night before. Homeless people were coming in for breakfast. I will say all of the people walking in and out and roaming around the property were friendly. But I did not feel safe leaving my room alone.

Easy access to hotel. Beds not very comfortable. Hotel breakfast bland and tiny. Hot tub has no jets. Front desk clerks very friends. Close to food and convenient stores and next to charging for EV's

Walked in to dirty socks on the floor, showed the manager and he told us there was nothing he could do about the rooms cleanliness. Everywhere else was booked so we stayed the night. The fire alarm kept cherping. When we told the manager, he followed us up and attempted to rip the fire alarm off the ceiling and it notified the local fire department and he blamed us. The same night our toilet flooded and the same manager said they didn't own a toilet plunger and he wasn't going to find us one. We left and had to drive 2 hours out of town to find a hotel room. They charged us all five days and are refusing to refund. This place needs a whole new staff and owners because none of they seem to care about anything but your money. The streets seem safer than here. Heed thy call friends. Best,

When I first checked in I was checked into an unturned room by housekeeping (according to the guy at the front desk). Pictures provided. I wasn't bothered by this at all because I understand accidents and mistakes happen and they corrected the issue quick and simple which I appreciated much. After being checked into a different room. The room was comfortable. Clean. The two lights on the headboard were loose and falling off and didn't work at all. But the room still had plenty of light with other lamps. Still will stay again here despite the other negative reviews. I didn't see any tweakers or rude sketchy people outside. I did notice police patrol the property about twice a night but that just made me feel safe rather than unsafe. The hotel didn't smell like weed at all. Thanks Denver Nor
