Thornton Estates Manufactured Home Community

We have had so many different managers here since we moved here in 2008. The manager we have here now is such a caring person. She has patience and im hoping she never leaves. I would hate to have to "break in" a new one.

This mobile home park is not friendly. It doesn't like the families to have pets to protect. Every since Denay the manager left the park hasn't been the same. My ex husband and I have been harassed. My ex husband was in a nursing home for almost 2 months without any help to comply with the court order to get rid of a portable garage. It was grandfathered in when Denay was manager the proof is with the main office. Now the park is refusing the rent to force my ex husband and I out of this park. We still have a chance to trade one house in the park for another house. Have already been told we won't be approved. What does this say about fair housing. Nothing fair about getting fair anything once a person gets up in age. Now the park manager won't allow my ex husband and I to fill out the

A close-knit community with a summer pool and friendly neighbors.

They keep raising the lot rent every year... senior citizens live here and on social security and can barely afford their rent as it is or let alone afford groceries, and they gotta worry bout being evicted every month because they can't afford the high prices of everything. The landlord is very rude, and maintenance man Jesse is awesome

Use to be a nice place but not now. At least 3 marshy swamp areas in the park (due to broken sprinkler lines they won't repair), at least 5 dead trees that need to be cut down, all kinds of pots hols in the streets. Advertises it is a senior community but it is not. All kinds of kids living in here.Cost almost a grand a month for lot rent. It gets raised every year.
