Baymont by Wyndham Marietta/Atlanta North

First of all, this is not a Baymont Hotel, It is now called budget inn. That should have been my first clue to run. The second thing I noticed was the concrete stairs were literally about to fall off. There were stains on the bed coverings that were either throw up or blood. The room was absolutely disgusting. Reading the other reviews, I am glad there was no breakfast even though it says there is. Probably why Baymont said don't put my name on that. Also, on a side note. There is a sign at the check in desk that says no refunds after the first 15 mins. They know it's a disgusting place and won't do anything about it. Ewwww!

Stayed here October 31/23 after a long trip…info looked promising. DON’T GO! Once we paid and got into the room and started to undress, the cockroaches came out. We belatedly noticed the dark brown laminate floor was littered with dead bugs. There was a long hair in my bed. Cockroaches were in the sink and ran down the drain when we approached. Smears of killed bugs were on the wall.No ice machine on entire premises, no phone in room, no clock, bulbs not working on some of the lamps. Kids playing in dirt outside with toys and people returning to their rooms with groceries made me wonder if part of motel was for welfare families. As you can see in the video. There is no smoke detector in the room but you can hear something coming from the hole. I think it's full of roaches the hotel is full of roaches. I don't know if someone had their period in that Chair but some things you just need to leave in the trash. It looks like they bought a building that was falling apart they don't want to exterminate they knock on your door and say housekeeping. But they never clean your room. They claim that they serve breakfast it's in the area where you check in that part is full of roaches. I can't express more than I'm expressing now stay out of the place. It's a disease trap.

I asked for a refund @ 6:45. The lady said “ you been here a hour I can’t but I can offer another room. I walked out and notice it has indeed only been about 30 minutes. I went back and said this. She said “ well you been here 15 minutes and I was checking under someone else’s name “ … I said the time frames are completely different and why would it be different for them.
